ROCK ISLAND ARMORY PRO ULTRA MATCH 1911 9MM HIGH CAPACITY (HC) – not to be confused with the $200 cheaper TAC ULTRA MATCH 9mm HC which is a great pistol in its own right, but the ULTRA MATCH is RIA’s top firearm.
The PRO Match Ultra HC is a target grade pistol ready for competition right out of the box. This pistol has a 5″ barrel chambered in 9mm Luger with a 17-round capacity. It has an adjustable LPA rear sight and high visibility fiber optic front sight along with a skeletonized hammer. Comes in a fully parkerized finish with checkered rubber grips and a full length picatinny tactical rail.

Designed by Major George Schofield to be operated with one hand while on horseback, a break-open pistol was ideal for mounted soldiers in the U.S. Cavalry. Shooters could easily eject all six spent cartridges and reload while on horseback. The top break pistol also proved useful to the likes of Jesse James and Wild Bill Hickok. The Schofield barrel latch opens by pulling it back with the thumb and includes the rear sight notch. This 7" barreled model features a forged steel nickel plated frame, nickeled finish on parts and a two-piece polymer pearl grip. Chambered in the venerable 45LC.

Uberti 1866 Yellowboy 20" rifle chambered in 45LC. Brass frame, receiver and buttplate. Color case hardened lever. Octagonal barrel. Winchester improved on Henry's design and in 1866 they introduced Nelson King's parented spring-steel loading gate as well as a wood forend for added comfort. This rifle design was a welcome and useful addition to both the range and the battlefield.
