For more than 100 years, the “Chicago Typewriter®”, the time-honored submachine gun, has been a favorite among collectors and shooting enthusiasts. This semiautomatic version has a barrel length of 18 which includes a pinned Cutts compensator that is removable.
This 18″ example has an overall length of 41” from buttstock to muzzle and features a blade front and open rear adjustable (elevation only) sight and weighs 13.0 lbs. The fixed stock and vertical foregrip are crafted in luxurious polished American Walnut.

In 2022, a historical announcement was made to officially select the MCX-SPEAR as the M7 service rifle by the U.S. Army. In combination with the groundbreaking 6.8x51 hybrid ammunition, the MCX-SPEAR has become the pinnacle by which rifle capabilities will be judged.
Capable of muzzle velocities in excess of 3,000 FPS with a 113gr bullet out of a 16” barrel, the MCX-SPEAR rifle is achieving the Army’s goal of advanced performance while also exceeding the requirements for durability. Now for the first time, this technology will be available to the U.S. civilian market with the MCX-SPEAR rifle chambered in 6.8x51 along with a family of Hybrid Ammunition from SIG SAUER. The MCX-SPEAR platform also offers a new level of modularity, allowing for caliber conversion between 6.8x51, 7.62x51 and 6.5 Creedmoor and 13” or 16” barrel length options. In addition, the MCX-SPEAR features a non-reciprocating side charging handle, a rear charging handle, fully ambidextrous controls, a 2-Stage Match Duo Trigger and a free-floating M-LOK™ handguard.

The Colt M4A1 SOCOM Carbine returns. This classic US Military Reproduction closely replicates the markings and configuration of the M4A1 SOCOM Carbine. The lower receiver features "PROPERTY OF THE US GOVT, M4A1 CARBINE and CAL. 5.56 MM." The barrel is a true SOCOM 14.5 heavy barrel with the iconic M203 flats under the Knight's Armament Rail System. The Colt M4A1 Carbine SOCOM, also known as the Colt M4A1, is a lightweight and powerful firearm designed for tactical deployment and traditional patrol. It boasts exceptional mobility, quick target acquisition and potent firepower capability. This M4A1 Colt rifle is perfect for situations that require a high degree of mobility and speed. The Colt M4A1 Carbine SOCOM features an adjustable-post front sight, MAGPUL BUIS rear sight, side sling swivel at the gas block and ambidextrous safety. This Colt M4 rifle also has an M16-type bolt carrier, M4 feed ramps and an H2 buffer. The barrel is chrome-lined with a 6-groove, 1:7″ twist and measures 14.5 inches. To achieve a non-NFA barrel length of 16.1 inches, an extended flash hider is pinned and welded to the barrel. With the 4-position buttstock fully retracted, the Colt M4A1 SOCOM is less than 30 inches long and weighs under 7 lbs, making it a highly portable and easy to maneuver in tight spaces.

Now, Kahr Firearms Group has given the semi-auto version a more authentic look with the introduction of their new barrel design on the Thompson carbine. With a barrel length of just 16.5” including the pinned and welded Cutts Compensator, it is 1.5” shorter than the 18" model.
This .45 ACP model has a permanently affixed Cutts compensator which lengthens the finned barrel length to 16.5”, and puts the overall length for the carbine at 39” from buttstock to muzzle. The BATFE recently approved the permanently affixed Cutts compensator as a part of the barrel. The pinned Cutts compensator offered on the 18” barreled models are not considered part of the barrel. This model also features a blade front and open rear adjustable sight and weighs 12.5 lbs. The fixed stock and vertical foregrip are crafted from luxurious polished American Walnut.
