The OMEN Recon follows the lineage of the Watchman, offering 300 WM performance in a shorter, more maneuverable package. There is no sacrifice in accuracy, only slightly lower velocities as compared to the Watchman. With an 18” barrel sculpted from a 416R stainless steel Bartlein blank and chambered in-house the RECON possesses effectiveness out to 1200 yards and beyond, making it ideal for applications from long range precision to hunting. Four-position adjustable gas system. Patented 8620 recoil reduction carrier which has been heat treated and Nickel Boron coated. Billet 7056-T6 aluminum upper and lower finished with Cobalt Cerakote. Geissele Super Semi-Automatic Enhanced (SSA-E) precision two-stage trigger (set 2.3 first with 1.2 second stage). High pressure bolt 9310 heat treated, Cryo’d, shot peened, MPI instpected and Nickel Boron coated. 15″ 6061 aluminum M-LOK rail with 1.83″ internal diameter steel QD mounts with rotation limited. Magpul PRS Stock. There is no other carbine on the planet like the OMEN RECON.
